Planning for Post Secondary for Grade 11 and 12 Students

If you or your son/daughter have/has an IEP and is entering grade 11 or grade 12, now is the time to start planning for transitioning to either college or university. Please refer to the current postings which outline how to begin the process of calling accessibility service departments, accessing financial supports, where to go for mental health supports and other key information to help this transition run smoothly.
