Dear Students and Parents/Guardians,

As we approach the end of the semester, we wanted to inform you about the upcoming final report card pickup schedule.

Final Report Card Pickup Details:

• Dates: July 8th to July 11th (note the office is closed on July 12th)
• Time: Between 7:45 am and 3:30 pm
• Location: Main office (Please enter the school through the main front doors and proceed to the MAIN office)

Important Reminders:

• Only the student, sibling, or parent/guardian of the student may pick up report cards.
• For students over 18, written permission via email to bci@wrdsb.ca is required for someone else to pick up their report card.
• Please have ID ready for verification if you are not the student.
• Report cards will NOT be mailed.

Additional Information:

• Students who are unable to pick up their final report cards July 8th – 11th may do so during the first week of school in the fall.
