Why do I have to get my photo taken?
Students must have their photos taken even if they don’t plan on purchasing photo packages (for OSR, student cards etc). & STAFF please get your photo taken so we have access to them for things like the coaching boards, commencement, staff of the month etc.
What about student cards?
You will receive a free card once they are printed. Any photo that is taken will get a student card, even if it’s your re-take.
What do I need to get my photo taken?
Nothing. Just state your name. Yes – we have to trust students to say their name, so we suggest staying near any students you think might not say their name – the photographer will search all students and staff on the system and select the corresponding name. Tierney Boucher or Bethany Wolf will be able to get any cards fixed later if needed.
What are the covid safety measures in place?
Students and staff will enter through arrows in the Gym 3 corridor. Each grade will have 35 minutes to get their photos taken and head straight back to class. Students in the grade can stagger themselves in that time frame. Students will wait at least 2 m apart and keep their masks on until the photographer asks them to remove them for a quick photo. And all gym doors will be propped open for airflow.
