Hello Parents/Caregivers:

Interim report cards will be sent home on Wednesday, October 16. If your student has an office homeroom, please have them pick up their report card from the main office.

We invite you to join us for an opportunity to meet your student’s teachers and discuss their progress.

Event Details:

  • Date: Thursday, October 24th
  • Time: 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM
  • Location: Teachers will be available in the gyms, cafeteria, guidance offices, classrooms, and the library.

This event will operate on a first-come, first-served basis, with no scheduled appointments. Please note that each meeting will be limited to 5 minutes. A seating plan for teachers will be provided, so please ensure you know which teachers to meet.

Additionally, we will have information tables set up in the receiving hallway for those interested in our SHSM programs.

Parking is available in Lot A, located on the east side of the school. Please refrain from parking in the church parking lot, as there will be an event that evening.
