Please be advised that Data Verification Forms will be distributed during the second or third week of September.

• Urgent Medical Conditions: If you have a life-threatening medical condition and do not have a Plan of Care on file at Bluevale, you must call the Main Office immediately so we can take the necessary precautions. Current Plans of Care will be distributed to students on Monday, September 9th for your annual review and signature.
• Change of Address: If you have recently moved and this will affect your bussing arrangements, please call the Main Office as soon as possible to ensure transportation is properly adjusted.
