From the Guidance office:

In mid August,  a Course Change Request Form will be posted to our Google classrooms for students who may have the following issue: imbalanced schedule in Grade 9 or 10, a full course drop in Gr. 11 or 12, a change to level of study and/or a change to a pathway requiring a course change. Guidance will take a look at schedules behind the scenes and determine if these changes are possible. Students will need to check email for updates on these requests as this will be our only mode of communication. Please note: Course changes are very unlikely due to full classes.
