If you are experiencing issues with your Chromebook or charger during your at home learning please first visit the WRDSB’s tech help website: Tech@Home: Chromebooks. This website contains resources to help students and families troubleshoot technical problems and issues they may be experiencing with their Chromebooks or with their WRDSB computer accounts.
If you are still experiencing difficulties after visiting this site please complete our BCI form: Chromebook Issues During Distance Learning. Once you have submitted the form, Bluevale staff will be in touch with you as quickly as possible to outline next steps and/or to offer support or replacements.
