We have extended the deadline for our graduates to register for their virtual Commencement ceremony to Thursday, November 19 by 4pm. The opportunity to order a souvenir package (gown, cap, tassel and year charm) is now closed.

Commencement Registration

Grads interested in participating in any of our school’s Commencement activities must fill out our registration form by Thursday, November 19 by 4pm.

The information requested in this form will help us communicate the details of when to pick up your Graduation Package. We will also send you the login information for our virtual Commencement ceremony, which is being held on Friday, November 27 at 7pm. We encourage you to share the ceremony information with your family and friends so they can celebrate your achievement with you!

Since many of our graduates are now 18 years of age or older, we also need to verify how to communicate Commencement updates with you.

Step 1Complete Commencement Registration form

Step 2Register for School-Day

Step 2 is only necessary if a grad has indicated on their registration form that they are over the age of 18 and do not consent to have their parent/caregiver receive Commencement information through School-Day.

Safety

We want to reiterate that this is not how we anticipated celebrating our graduating class of 2020. However, we must follow the current COVID-19 government and public health restrictions on social gatherings, which does not make an in-person celebration possible. A virtual Commencement allows everyone, equitably, to attend and celebrate our graduates’ special day. A virtual Commencement ceremony eliminates health concerns, travel barriers and allows more family and friends to participate without the extra cost or risk.

Keeping students and families safe is our top priority and our planned virtual Commencement is our way to show our graduates and families that we can still celebrate this wonderful milestone together.

Thank you to all of our graduates for your resiliency during this time. Your hard work and commitment to earning your diploma does not go unnoticed.
