On Friday we will reach the midpoint of Quadmester 1.  This year there will be four formal report cards at the end of each quadmester.  It is also best practice that we communicate with parents/students information about a student’s progress.  This will not be a formal report, but parents should expect an email from your student’s teacher giving a level and comments as to your student’s progress to date.  Below is a chart outlined in Growing Success:  Assessment, Evaluation, and Reporting in Ontario Schools outlining the level and corresponding mark range.  Emails will go out anytime from Monday, October 5th to the end of the day on Friday, October 9th.   If we do not have an email a call will go home.  If you have questions please contact your student’s teacher(s).
