On Saturday, five Bluevale students, Evan Aikens-Armbruster, Klara Heinisch, Lexi Meklensek, Webster Steele, and Katrina Szozda received their Duke of Edinburgh Silver Awards from The Honourable Elizabeth Dowdeswell, Lieutenant Governor of Ontario.  The ceremony was held at the Toronto Police College in Etobicoke.  The students were accompanied by their families as well as Bluevale staff members, Ms. Guest, Mrs. Kemperman, and Mr. Hunniford.  We are very proud of your accomplishment.  Good luck in your continued pursuit of the prestigious Duke of Edinburgh’s Gold Award.
