Dear Parents/Guardians,

As the School Immunization program was interrupted during the COVID-19 pandemic, the Region of Waterloo is collaborating with schools to provide secondary school students easy access to catch-up on their publicly funded vaccines at their schools. The vaccines offered at school catch-up clinics are:

• Meningococcal (Men-ACYW-135)

• Human Papillomavirus (HPV) (if available)

• Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis (Tdap)

• Hepatitis B virus (HBV) (if available)

• COVID-19

On Friday, May 5, and Tuesday, May 23, Public Health will be hosting catch-up clinics at Bluevale Collegiate. Please read the attached letter from Public Health which includes information on the clinic and supporting links.
