Short Term Withdrawals- Reminder

This is just a reminder for parents and students that if you are going to be absent for five (5) consecutive days or more, that you need to complete a short term withdrawal form prior to this absence. We require this form to ensure that you are properly coded into attendance. The form is also due prior to the absence as your teachers need to see the form and it must be signed by an Administrator. This form is not required if the absence is due to a medical reason. Thanks for your cooperation.
