Under brilliantly sunny skies at Woodside Park yesterday afternoon, the Bluevale Knights field hockey team defeated Cameron Heights 4 – 1 in overtime to win their second consecutive WCSSAA Field Hockey Championship.  Paisley Steele, in a breakout game for her, scored three goals, three times the number of goals she has had for the season.  The first came in the first few minutes of the game while goals two and three were in the first overtime period.  Jordyn Faiczak, who finished the scoring in the second overtime with a brilliant backhand shot, was a dominant force in the midfield throughout the game.  Congratulations to Coaches Mrs. Macey and Mrs. Malatches, and the entire Bluevale field hockey team.  Good luck at CWOSSA next week.
