Bluevale remains in Hold and Secure. This is a police order, not a suggestion. This means that personnel in the Bluevale site must remain in the school, staff and students, and not leave until we are given the okay from the Waterloo Regional Police. What this means is that over lunch staff or students are not allowed to leave the building. Staff are asked to open classrooms to allow students to be in them. If students planned to go home for lunch you need to stay. Breakfast club will be open at lunch for students who have nothing to eat. Coop students,  as of now you will not be at your coop placement because we are not allowed to leave the school by Police order. Remember that from the police the concern is in the community and that the safest place for staff and students is in the school. This is not a choice. Again we appreciate and expect your patience and cooperation as we comply with the police order for the Hold and Secure.
