At the beginning of each year, students are required to complete a number of forms for student safety. This year, the Responsible Use Policy (RUP form) and Media Release forms are available on School Day. Forms are necessary for both In-Person students and Distance Learners.
If you have not completed the Responsible Use Policy (RUP form) and Media Release on School Day, please log in to School Day to complete the forms. Paper copies of the RUP form and Media Release are available below to be printed and returned to the school office.
