Wednesday, May 1 is our last Success Days this year. The afternoon is an opportunity for students  to seek out extra help, complete and/or hand in outstanding assignments, or work on current assignments.  We accomplish this by modifying the timetable. All classes will occur during the morning with lunch happening from 11:30 to 12:20.     Students do not need to sign up for academic support. Some teachers may request students to come in for academic support. If so, this is where you need to be.  Part of our wellness focus for the afternoon is providing the opportunity for students to start to think about their future pathways after high school.  Students can also take the opportunity to hear about Conestoga College’s Youth Job Connections Summer Program. This is a great opportunity if you are looking for a summer job. Also back are sessions around how to prepare for your exams in the various subject areas. Wellness is a key indicator for student achievement.  See our schedule for the day and various Wellness Sessions which are open based on a first come, first serve basis.
