For over twenty years Ontario Universities have visited the Bluevale campus and this year is no different. On Friday, October 24th, in the Bluevale library, 18 Ontario Universities and their associated colleges will descend on Bluevale. Grade 12 students are asked to sign up in the Guidance Office for the Universities they wish to learn more about and are asked to prepare questions in advance to make the best use of their interview times. This is a very special occassion for Bluevale students, please make the most of this unique opportunity.
Thanks to a Physical Activity in Secondary School Grant from the Ministry of Education, Phase One of the Bluevale Free Inclusive Training (BFIT) Park is complete. Located adjacent to the tennis courts, phase two of the BFIT Park is now beginning as we make the BFIT Park accessible for our entire community. The next step is to put down an all weather surface that can be accessed by wheelchairs, walkers, and strollers so that seniors, parents with children, anyone in our community, will be able to use the Park as well as our Bluevale students. A donation from you can help us make this a reality. Please contact Principal Mark Hunniford for more details.
The WRDSB has changed the website platform for all its secondary schools. We appreciate your patience as we transition to the new site in the coming weeks.
